What is your children’s policy?

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian (who is 21 years or older). We do offer a discounted Hang Loose children’s pass for kids ages 3-10. You must bring proof of age (such as a birth certificate or report card) to the event in order to use a children’s pass. Free high fives are given to any child that brings a straight A report card as proof of age.

Children under 2 are free with a parent or guardian, but we do recommend noise-cancelling headphones for safety. We want them to be able to enjoy live music as grownups, too!

Can I camp? Are RVs allowed?

We do not offer RV parking or camping at the venue. We have partnered with several area hotels for accommodations if you decide to go that route. There are some campgrounds near KAABOO. If you need any assistance in booking a hotel or finding outside camping/RV accommodations, please let us know.

If you are unable to safely drive your vehicle home at the end of the evening, it may be left in the lot unattended. You cannot stay in it (this would be considered camping and we really think that hotels are much more comfortable!).

Are you offering payment plans?

Yes we are! KAABOO offers a convenient way to divide the price of your pass into three separate payments. You can check out all the pricing, options and details here.

What is the difference between Hang Loose, Hang Five and Hang Ten?

Hang Ten – Score a chance for select “Meet and Greets” and private performances with KAABOO acts, visual artists and chefs.

  • Be a star (or meet some) in the backstage KAABOO Artist Lounge, where you can mingle with artists and fellow Hang Ten guests.
  • Look down onto the stage with an exclusive on-stage viewing area at Sunset Cliffs Main Stage.
  • Indulge in the Hang Ten lounges at Sunset Cliffs Main Stage and Trestles Stage, where you can enjoy complimentary food and beverages.
  • Snag preferred seating at Humor Me Comedy Club.
  • Luxuriate with complimentary valet parking.
  • Explore a full SoCal experience with the opportunity to book unique Hang Ten excursions.

Hang Five – Kick off your weekend escape early at a Hang Ten + Hang Five Sneak -Peak Party on Thursday night (2016 Details TBA).

  • Make advance reservations for Humor Me Comedy Club performances*.

Hang Loose – Allows access to all GA stages and entry to all GA experiences.

How do I upgrade to VIP?

We would love to assist you in upgrading your KAABOO experience! Please reach out to us by phone (855-798-5995) or email boxoffice@kaaboodelmar.com to get the process started.

Can I purchase a single day pass?

Single day passes may become available at a later date, pending the event is not sold out.

When are wristbands shipping?

Wristbands will start shipping closer to the event. If you are unsure about the status of your order feel free to give us a call (855-798-5995) or shoot us an email boxoffice@kaaboodelmar.com. KAABOO is not responsible for any lost or stolen wristbands. A $20 replacement fee will apply for any wristbands that need to be reissued.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes you can! As long as we have not started shipping out passes you are good to give us a call and update your shipping information. Give the gals at KAABOO Ticketing a call (855-798-5995). Please make sure to have your order number handy!

How do I order passes from outside the United States?

To order passes internationally you will follow the same guidelines as normal for purchasing a ticket. When entering an international address for shipping, the site will automatically prompt you to choose Will Call as a delivery option. Based on previously experience we find it much more successful to have our international guests pick up their wristbands vs. shipping them. If you need any assistance feel free to give us a call at 855-798-5995.

Why is “Will Call” not a shipping option?

KAABOO is built around quality and comfort, so we want to give you the best possible guest experience. In order to have the shortest box office lines possible at the event, we ship out all wristbands that are placed far enough in advance. You get to bypass the box office and get straight into the fun. If you have any concerns about having your wristbands shipped vs. picking them up at will call please give us a shout to discuss. You can reach us at boxoffice@kaaboodelmar.com or 855-798-5995.

What will happen if I purchase a pass or wristbands off Craigslist, StubHub..etc?

KAABOO can not provide any authentication or customer service for any passes purchased from a third party (sadly, a few bad apples ruin the bunch). The only way KAABOO can provide verification for passes is if they are purchased from the KAABOO website via Eventbrite. Please don’t buy passes from Third Parties, we hate not being able to help you. Plus, you don’t get all the awesome perks that come with being an official KAABOO guest!

Can I get a refund? What are your terms and conditions?

All KAABOO passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You can read our terms and conditions here.

I ordered a Three Day or Two Day pass…do I get separate wristbands?

You do not. The Three Day pass receives one non-removable, non-transferrable wristband good for all three days. The Two Day pass receives one wristband good for the two days you purchased. This policy is strictly enforced so make sure to purchase the passes for the exact dates you want to come. If you need help or have questions, give us a shout! That’s what we are here for. And by the way, you cannot loosen a wristband once it’s been tightened. So, let’s avoid trying them on or testing it out as a new collar for your puppy (Yes, it happened!)

Can I purchase passes at the venue?

Currently we do not have passes for sale at the Fairgrounds. If this changes we will notify our guests via email (sign up here!), or just check back because we’ll change the answer here too.
