Getting Your Wristband

1. Where is my wristband? When will it ship?

Your wristband(s) will be shipping mid-late August. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking # for your package. You can also find your shipment status and tracking information within the “Purchase History” section of your See Tickets US account. Here’s how:

  • 1. Log in to your See Tickets account at: www.seetickets.us.
  • 2. Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
  • 3. If you've forgotten your password or have not set one up yet, no problem! Just click 'Forgot your password?' and we'll send you an email to help set your new password.
  • 4. Once logged into your account, click on the DETAILS button next to your KAABOO Del Mar order from the Purchase History page. For more info on how to find your Purchase History, click here.

2. How can I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please do so ASAP. . Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address.

To ensure delivery of your package, please log into your See Tickets account and update the shipping address on your order. Here's how:

  • 1. Log in to your See Tickets account at: www.seetickets.us.
  • 2. Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
  • 3. If you've forgotten your password or have not set one up yet, no problem! Just click 'Forgot your password?' and we'll send you an email to help set your new password.
  • 4. Once logged into your account, click on the DETAILS button next to your KAABOO Del Mar order from the Purchase History page. For more info on how to find your Purchase History, click here.
  • 5. Click “Edit Shipping Address” to update the address.
  • 6. Once you have made all of your changes click 'Save.' For more info on how to update your shipping address, click here.

3. What to do if your wristband is lost, stolen, incorrect, or damaged?

If you think your package has been lost, please check the status of your shipment on your order details page. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, you should report it as lost and request a replacement. Replacement wristbands will only be issued for those orders which were not received. Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. $20 Wristband replacement fees may apply.

4. I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones

You will need to come to the on-site box office before entering the event. Please cut the wristband off and bring that, along with a photo ID and the confirmation email. Replacing a lost/damaged wristband results in a $20 replacement fee.

Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Registering your Wristband

1. Do I have to register my wristband?

Registering your wristband is required. Registering shows the organizer and vendors that the wristband belongs to you.

2. Can I register my wristband under someone else's name?

You can only register a wristband once, so make sure you have all of the attendees required information on hand. To register, you'll need:

· Full name

· Email address

· Birthday information

· Wristband ID number (located on the underside of the chip)

3. Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?

Once registered, wristbands cannot be transferred and identifying information can't be changed. You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband.

4. Do I need to re-register if I have to replace my wristband at the festival?

Yes. You will need to register the new wristband if you replace it at the festival.
